一道受用终身的测验题

非常不错的一个人生感悟。
这是一家公司要招收新的职员其中一个测试的问题。

你开着一辆车。
在一个暴风雨的晚上。
你经过一个车站。
三个人正在等公共汽车。
  • 一个是快要死的老人,好可怜的。
  • 一个是医生,他曾救过你的命,是大恩人,你做梦都想报答他。
  • 还有一个女人/男人,她/他是那种你做梦都想娶/嫁的人,也许错过就没有了。
但你的车只能坐一个人
你会如何选择?请解释一下你的理由。

我不知道这是不是一个对你性格的测试, 因为每一个回答都有他自己的原因。

针对这道测验题,应该没有最佳的答案,但是对于这个问题的分析,还包括这样一个回答,让人感触颇多:

老人快要死了,你首先应该先救他。
然而,每个老人最后都只能把死作为他们的终点站,你先让那个医生上车,因为他救过你,你认为这是个好机会报答他。
同时有些人认为一样可以在将来某个时候去报答他,但是你一旦错过了这个机会,你可能永远不能遇到一个让你这么心动的人了。
在200个应征者中,只有一个人被雇佣了,他并没有解释他的理由,他只是说了以下的话:
“给医生车钥匙,让他带着老人去医院,而我则留下来陪我的梦中情人一起等公车!”
每个人我认识的人都认为以上的回答是最好的,但没有一个人(包括我在内)一开始想到。
是否是因为我们从未想过要放弃我们手中已经拥有的优势(车钥匙)?
有时,如果我们能放弃一些我们的固执,狭隘,和一些优势的话,我们可能会得到更多。
其实真正让我感到震撼的就是这最后一句话,你能够放弃什么,我们的一生中,总是有着太多的目标和理想,总想索取。
其实有时候放弃也是一种美丽

老板和员工的一段经典对话

以前看过这段对话,相信很多人也是,但是针对这段对话,当时我只是一笑了之,没有细加研究,而最近看到了吟风茶馆里有高人还贴出了正确算法,佩服一下如此细心之人。
经萌萌提醒,其中含有部分粗俗语句,请读者适当自行过滤,未成年人谢绝阅读,谢谢。

当我向老板请一天假的时候,老板写了这封信这样回答我:
你想请一天假?看看你在向公司要求什么?
一年里有365天你可以工作。
一年52个星期,你已经每星期休息2天,剩下261天工作。
你每天有16小时不在工作,去掉170天,剩下91天。
每天你花30分钟时间喝咖啡,加起来每年23天,剩下68天。
每天午饭时间你花掉1小时,又用掉46天,还有22天。
通常你每年请2天病假,这样你的工作时间只有20天。
每年有5个节假日,公司休息不上班,你只干15天。
每年公司还慷慨地给你14天假期,算下来你就工作1天,
而你他妈的还要请这一天假?

我的回信内容
你怎么不说---每天8:30分上班,我8:10就要从家中出门这段时间我为公司做事,(但是......没有给我钱)。
每天17:30下班,我要到18:00才会到家(这段时间我为公司做事,但是......没有给我钱)。
公司规定不能随便穿,要穿衬衫西装库皮鞋,偏偏我最讨厌穿衬衫西装裤皮鞋,这我要花自己的钱去买,公司也没有给钱。
每天看计算机,对我的眼睛是一大伤害,我近视平均每年增加至少100度,将来的医药费还要自己付,为了工作伤害自己永久的健康,公司也不做这方面的补助。
每天用鼠标键盘,害的我肩膀酸痛的要死,回去还要自己买沙龙趴思来贴,这部份公司又不提供沙龙趴思,又得我自己出钱。
每次有案子,你一句话丢下来,我就要花尽心思,怎么打一份让你交差的企划书,随时随地走到哪里连半夜作梦都梦到,公司也没给我加班费。
客户不爽,打来公司对着我的耳朵狂吼,弄的我精神衰弱、食欲不振,还要开夜车赶案子,开绐怀疑我会过劳死,公司也没给我钱和保险。
每天希望同事和客户在工作上能够配合,所以自己出去玩的时候,还要买个纪念品给同事和客户以打好关系,这纪念品的钱还是要我自己出。
我不过多请一天假,就在那边和我计算,每天有几个小时我没有在工作,有几个小时在喝咖啡(虽然我很少喝)。
迟到几分钟你就在给我扣钱,每年为了工作伤身请了几天的病假,你也在和我算。
连我每天吃午饭,就为了下午工作有精神的时间,也给我算进去。
然后最后还用脏话问我说"你他妈的还要请这一天假?"
你他妈到底给不给我签?

正确的计算方法应该是:
工作天数 = 365 - 104(周末)- 2(病假)- 5(法定假) - 14(带薪假) = 240
实际工作时间 = 240 - 16/24*240 - 0.5/24*240 - 1/24*240 = 65 天 =
101400小时
而老板的计算方法是
240 - 16/24*255 - 0.5/24*1104 - 1/24*1104 = 1 天

11日“虐牛行动”照片

8月11日下午17时许,以在通州三中附近胡同中的墙上发现“刘琦2B”字样的那一时刻开始,我们一行五人中的三人开始了长达20分钟的“虐牛(骑牛)行动”,在人流嘈杂的新华大街边上使用三部手机拍摄照片30余张,使得众行人驻足观看+回头参观,直到骑牛慌得不行为止(这里仅收录了2部手机拍摄的部分照片:文件名均为数字的由黑熊拍摄,DSC打头的为本人拍摄,且不仅包括骑牛的照片)。
拍摄的照片已经被我全部上传到了Yahoo! Photos,浏览的地址在这里

继续糜烂: 男人四十

同是张小娴的文章,《男人四十》。
由于记录的时候没看原稿,不知字词及分段是否正确。
萌萌,有错说一声啊。
女人四十才是生命的开始,那么男人四十呢?
男人四十可能是忧患的开始。女人最迷茫的时候是三十岁,到了四十岁,反而变得开朗。因为她不用再和年轻女孩子比较,她和五十岁的女人比较,她自觉是中年人中的青年。
男人的阶段跟女人不一样,男人三十踌躇满志,到了四十岁如果还不变得富有的话,难免失意,感慨去日苦多。
女人希望无论如何也在四十岁之前找到一个照顾她余生的男人,男人四十开始计算他应该有多少钱才够她和她的女人共度余生。
女人的甘苦与共意思是男人有难她才出手,男人的甘苦与共意思是尽量不用女人出手。
女人渴望安全感,男人提供安全感的人,男人四十,满怀忧患。
当你发现一个几乎四十岁到五十岁之间的男人突然改变了,并不是他的更年期提早来临,而是他意识到了自己的忧患。
男人四十,开始害怕失去工作,害怕改变现状,讨厌不受年轻人重视。男人往日的潇洒、不羁、与傲岸早已去如逝水。他若变得刚愎自用,或逢迎上司,不过是卑微的想到余生,其情可悯。
若问男人四十是否还有梦想,不免是愚不可及。

有一种朋友

有一种朋友,我想那是一种介于爱情与友情之间的感情,你会在偶尔的一时间默默的想念他。想起他时,心里暖暖的,有一份美好,有一份感动。

(已失效)在Blogger上仅显示帖子部分摘要

很遗憾,从生如夏花的Blog上得到了一个消息,经他(她)测试发现,Blogger做了限制,现在已经禁止在Link(链接)字段填写一个单纯的数值了。
发现现在的系统不允许把<$BlogItemUrl$>设成非URL格式,也就是不能设成数字,这个办法也不行了。。。

感谢hengzer让我重新注意了这个方法,还有生如夏花的实践精神

还记得我前段时间受启发写出的显示帖子摘要的方法吧?这其中运用了DIV和CSS,为所有帖子限定一个显示的高度,也就使Blogger主页和存档页看起来简短整洁了许多。
但是在这之后很多朋友问过我,也有在论坛里提问如果我在帖子的开头使用了一个大图片,比如,图片height>600px;又或者,我在其中添加了YouTube和其他视频Flash插件,高度在400px左右。而针对帖子高度的限制却是统一的200px,这些图片和插件都显示不全,反而影响了美观,怎么办?
最近总算想到一个解决方案,可以比较完美的解决统一限制高度的缺陷。
因为一部分使用Blogger的用户都习惯从别的网站转载文章,于是Blogger在发布页面为我们设计了一个“链接”字段(注意,默认情况下这个字段关闭,你可以通过把Dashboard“设置”-“格式设定”中的“显示链接字段”改为“是”,重新发布即可),可以填写你所引用文章的网址。而这个网址可以为每封帖子定义一个单独的网址,利用这个原理我们可以把这个字段设置一个数值,应用于每篇帖子的限制高度。我认为自己的想法还很妙
以前提供的代码是这样的:

< DIV STYLE="height:150px; border:0px; overflow:hidden; text-overflow:ellipsis">
...
150px就是统一的限制高度,我们就可以在每个帖子中的“链接”字段填写一个数值,比如“122”,这个字段的名称在模板中是<$BlogItemUrl$>,上面的代码就可以改成:

...
< DIV STYLE="height:<$BlogItemUrl$>px; border:0px; overflow:hidden; text-overflow:ellipsis">
...
搞定。

注意此时<$BlogItemUrl$>字段现在就是一个数字了,如果模板中其他地方引用了这个值,最好删除掉,否则访问者点击后将会带到一个错误的数字地址
重新发布即可。
